 The elections to the NP are over, but
the noise is not. The Regional Election Commissions continue to receive the chain of
complaints connected with the election process. The question of confirming the elected
candidates as members of the new Parliament and the discussion of complaints were in the
agenda of the meeting of the Shirak’s Regional Election Commission. According to the
information provided by the secretary of the commission Jullietta Avetisyants, the
candidates elected in the districts # 61, 62, 64, 65, and 66 were confirmed as the new
members of the National Parliament. In the district #63, the candidate the National
Parliament Samvel Balasanyan presented a complaint about the overt violations registered
by his proxies. The Commission members decided to leave the investigation of the problem
to police. The corresponding applications were written for presenting to police.
Concerning the district # 67.
