Chapter 6. Final provisions
Article 45. Enforcement of the Law
This Law comes into force starting from the moment of its publication.
Starting from the moment of the enforcement of this Law, the fourth part of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia (endorsed on July 4, 1964) is abolished together with its changes and amendments.
